Many people come to therapy feeling weighed down by shame, self-rejection, and guilt. For some, these experiences show up as a lack of motivation, constant worry about success, or difficulty connecting in relationships. Having once viewed therapy as stigmatizing myself, I understand how much courage it takes to begin this process. My hope is that, with trust and care, we can begin to gently pull back the layers of pain, worthlessness, and self-criticism together.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is more than simply helping you understand yourself; I believe true restoration starts when you begin to heal your relationship with yourself. Through an inclusive, attachment-based approach, we’ll explore how past relationships and experiences have shaped your emotional and relational health today.
I understand how easy it can be to lose touch with yourself while caring for others and managing life’s many expectations. This space is an invitation to slow down and let your own needs and emotions have room to breathe. It would be an honor to meet you where you’re at and support you as you begin to uncover, understand, and give voice to your story.
